Why does 82 matter?
82 gives its member a productive space to plan out our approach to chapter politics. Our members have a clear vision of what DSA Metro Cincinnati is capable of, and plan and strategize together to achieve it. There is nothing inappropriate or nefarious about coordinating together for a shared goal to better our chapter. On the contrary, it is the very spirit of democratic participation and decision-making.
Expectations of all members of 82
- Always promote the development and growth of DSA Metro Cincinnati
- Must remain active in the chapter of DSA Metro Cincinnati by attending one event every two weeks
- Must attend all general meetings within reason (i.e. vacation, illness, work)
- Attend 50% of all 82’s meetings. Meetings are held every week
